The 350 residential buildings were completed in regular 2-day cycles.
Manual shuttering is possible with the light-weight aluminum UNO elements; sealing profiles prevent the leaking of concrete slurry.
After hanging in the slab elements, the slab couplers always tightly pull together two panels and at the same time serve as support for the slab props.
With only a few accessories, walls and slabs can be formed quickly, including box-outs.
Every second day, a complete ground floor was finished.
The UNO wall elements can be placed by hand and connected with wedge couplers. The wall elements can even be struck before the slab and therefore can be immediately moved to the next house.
Early striking of the slab elements is possible with the drophead system.
The identical ground plans can be built easily and fast with the monolithic site-mixed concrete construction. You achieve walls and slabs ready to be painted with the UNO formwork system.
